On the heels of 9 Restaurant’s successful opening, Chef Eric Hara and Partner Chris Lamotta open the boldly accented and stylishly relaxed Pier 9, in Hell’s Kitchen. The menu features the freshest daily selection of seafood, with a special spin including Lobster Rolls, a “Chicago-Style” Lobster Hot Dog, Pier 9 Brisket Burger with Peeky Toe Crab & Tartar Sauce, a fully stocked Raw Bar, and fresh house-made Holey Cream® Doughnuts. Cocktails include a “By Sea Martini” (Double Cross Vodka & Homemade Seaweed Brine served with a Raw Oyster) and a “By Land Martini” (Karlssons Potato Vodka, Black Truffle Brine, Blue Cheese, & Truffle Stuffed Olives). Cask conditioned beers, draft pours, and large format beers in 3 and 6 Liter pours are available along with a choice of wines from wineries on coastal waters around the globe. A sidewalk dining area and open-air back patio will open for the spring and summer months.
